What is Co Manufacturing
Short for “contract manufacturing,” co-manufacturing is the practice of outsourcing product creation. Co-manufacturers transform raw foods into value-added products ready to go straight to store shelves. This includes products such as jams, jellies, frozen soups, ketchup, and sauerkraut—essentially anything canned, frozen, or dried.
Our co-packing services include dry and wet packaging, viscous and semi-viscous packaging, and HPP (high-pressure pasteurization).
